Jason grew up on Long Island, attended Emory University and continued his education at The University of Iowa where he completed a Ph.D in Pharmacology. After a post doc exploring genetics of complex traits, he moved to Biotech in Boston. Following that, he joined Big Pharma in New Jersey.
He enjoys building furniture and since 2012 has been taking photography more seriously. He began taking photographs with a Canon Rebel Xsi, graduated to a 7D Mark I, and in 2017 bought a 5DMarkIV. While he predominantly enjoys photographing landscapes, he also loves capturing wildlife and birds.
